Instructions:

Take Leuzea Max once a day 3 ml in the morning; or in the early afternoon. The extract can be dissolved in water or juice.
For active athletes: Take 3 ml twice a day with a meal.
If you follow a high protein diet: Take 3 ml twice a day one hour before meals.

Suggested intake period: For best results, this product should be taken 3 months (12 weeks) in a row. The cycle can be repeated after two weeks of break.
